A clear intake flow helps sellers understand what happens before they mail valuable supplies.
1. Select supplies
Choose product, quantity, expiration date, condition, payout method, and upload photos.
2. Create order
The quote engine calculates an estimate and creates a trackable order number.
3. Print prepaid label
EasyPost can create an inbound USPS/UPS/FedEx label when configured by admin.
4. Inspection review
Admin confirms seals, expiration, condition, and eligibility after arrival.
5. Final payout
Admin approves, adjusts, rejects, or pays the final amount based on inspection.
6. Track everything
Customers can view quote, label, tracking, inspection, payout, and notes in My Orders.
